Leader européen de chaudières industrielles électriques à électrodes, le constructeur VAPEC, expert en conception et fabrication depuis plus de 40 ans, se structure pour développer sa fabrication et commercialisation dans le monde.
Fort de nombreuses installations dans les réseaux de chaleur et dans l'industrie, VAPEC annonce la création d'une structure nommée VAPEC INDUSTRY basée en France et destinée à augmenter les volumes de fabrication d'une gamme d'équipements standardisés (vapeur, eau chaude, eau surchauffée).
Cette organisation permettra l'assemblage en série, l'optimisation des coûts et des délais face à un marché en expansion.
VAPEC répond ainsi à la demande des acteurs industriels et des collectivités, face aux enjeux actuels :

- Indépendance et mixité énergétique
- Saisir les opportunités des prix marché de l'électricité.
VAPEC AG apporte ses nombreuses années d'expérience dans les chaudières à électrodes, issue de l'amélioration continue de la technologie SULZER éprouvée depuis plus de 100 années.
« C'est une étape importante dans le développement de VAPEC. Elle traduit la volonté de proposer aux clients une offre technique et commerciale en rapport avec le développement du marché de la thermique industrielle et de construire un groupe plus agile », déclare Achille MARROCCO ancien dirigeant de VAPEC AG, qui assurera des fonctions de conseil et d'expertise au sein de la nouvelle structure.
VAPEC INDUSTRY va bénéficier de l'expérience et des moyens d'un groupe spécialisé dans les chaudières industrielles, dont fait également partie la société LCI group, acteur reconnu.
« Pour se développer dans la thermique industrielle et pour répondre aux besoins de décarbonation, un savoir-faire dans le domaine de la chaudière à électrodes est devenu un complément indispensable », déclarent Laurent CARLIER et Mathieu GODEFROY, qui prennent la fonction de Direction Générale de VAPEC.

With numerous high-capacity installations in district heating networks and various industries, VAPEC has announced the creation of a new entity: VAPEC INDUSTRY, based in France. This new structure aims to scale up the production of a standardized range of equipment (steam, hot water, superheated water).
This organisation will enable assembly in series, optimisation of costs and lead times in response to a growing market.
With this initiative, VAPEC is meeting the needs of industrial players and local authorities by tackling today's major challenges:

- Seizing opportunities offered by electricity market prices
VAPEC AG contributes its decades of experience in electrode boiler technology, stemming from the continuous improvement of the SULZER technology, which has been proven for over 100 years.
“This reorganization marks a significant milestone in VAPEC's growth. It reflects our commitment to offering customers a technical and commercial approach aligned with the evolution of the industrial heating market, while building a more agile group” says Achille MARROCCO, former head of VAPEC AG, who will serve as a strategic advisor and expert within the new structure.
VAPEC INDUSTRY will benefit from the experience and resources of a group specialized in industrial boilers, which also includes LCI group, a recognized player.
“To grow in the industrial thermal energy sector and meet decarbonization needs, expertise in electrode boiler technology has become an essential complement” state Laurent CARLIER and Mathieu GODEFROY, who will jointly lead the new entity as Managing Directors of VAPEC.
